The Urban Engineering department of Gustave Eiffel University is attached to the Paris School of Urban Planning. Urban engineering is applied at all urban scales and trains future professionals capable of understanding the language used by different professionals and possessing a vocabulary adapted to communicating with all the city’s actors: from site managers to elected officials in charge of town planning, passing via architects. With this in mind, the teaching units are comprised of three sections: scientific, technical, and societal. The Master’s 2 in Urban Engineering - Sustainable Urban Development regularly participates in the Urban Climate Design Workshops (UCDWs) of the UCCRN-EDU educational path.
